Apple Yogurt Muffins

 

Dry Ingredients

1 cup White Flour

1 ¼ cup Whole Wheat Flour

¾ cup White Sugar

1 ½ tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Cinnamon

½ tsp salt

Mix Dry Ingredients in Medium size stainless steel bowl

Wet Ingredients

2 eggs lightly beaten

1 cup yogurt

¾ cup milk

¼ cup vegt. Oil

3 apples, peeled, cored and diced

2 tsp lemon juice

Add all wet ingredients in a separate bowl and mix together – then mix the wet into the dry ingredients thoroughly

Add mixture into lightly greased muffin pans and top with topping – see below

 

Topping

¼ cup Sugar/ 1 tsp cinnamon – add before baking
